1. Learning from A Suckling
About intention and will power, learning from a baby. From you enter into this world you have within you the power to create what you want using your thoughts and action in the right way. If a baby desires (given upon birth) breast milk and then proceeds to act by drinking the milk, more will always be made naturally. The mother's breast will produce more milk until the baby stop wanting it, willfully or by force, by neglecting it nature deems it unneeded, thus stop the natural process of creating milk.
Same with grownups, if a man neglects what he truly wants/ desires or aims to be or doesn't do any necessary act towards the desire it will lose its power and if neglected too long it will become impossible to accomplish. Remember a baby merely wanting (desiring) breast milk will not do anything towards the continual producing of the milk; it is by the actual action of sucking the breast the milk is produced. Resistance by the mother or reluctance of the baby will not stop the process as long as there is action, so it is with us we let hard work, other people's resistance, obstacles and advice stops us from doing action that would take us closer to our desires.
By giving up, by not following through by not acting consistently, you let neglect creep in and like a mother's breast that remains untouched for too long by her suckling child your productivity will surely decrease until it is stopped until a rebirth.

. Lessons In Persistence From a Tree.
Man should try and learn persistence from the trees. When a tree is planted (sometimes from god knows where) it vigorously tries to grow. If you try to stop a trees' growth and do not kill it will spring forth from all different angles as much as it can. As soon as you stop it from growing one way it tries again another way, u chop one side it tries from the other. You chop it right down to the ground it starts right over growing again using nature and the seasons as a means to assist it's growth. . The trees growth if given a chance (even if man wants it dead) will be as certain as the sun coming up from the same direction in the morning.
Each time the growth is stopped in the visible form the growth taking place inside the earth, unseen, strengths the plant, making each attempt to kill it a strengthening of the roots. This only makes its resolve to grow more powerfully and growth more rapid.
Only a few humans use failures, obstacles and set backs as a strengthening of their inner power. Only a few human develop this inner strength in the face of life's cut downs, restarting, changing and attacks by uncontrollable circumstances. But the ones who develop stability roots and seek the good behind each of life's failure and let every set back make them stronger are usually the ones who grow the most and become the most successful.
